Despite “phone call of my dreams” from Nikon, photographer Julia Kelleher is no longer part of the Nikon USA Ambassador program

Despite still using the Nikon Ambassador logo on her website, Jewel Images, and Facebook page, Julia Kelleher is no longer listed on Nikon’s ambassador program website (https://www.nikonusa.com/nikon-ambassadors) as being a member. She confirms she is out by indicating that 2024 is her last year as an ambassador on her Instagram profile.

I reached out to Julia for comment via Instagram but have not received a response.

Originally a family and newborn photographer, she has recently pivoted to photographing horses (equine photography).

The fact that she is still using the Nikon Ambassador logo, it appears that she wants the benefit of having been an ambassador without having to conform to the requirements of being an actual Nikon ambassador (what ever those requirements are since little is known about them and it appears ambassadors are sworn to secrecy about discussing them).

I will update this post if I hear back from Julia Kelleher.
