I just used Capture One full time for one year. These 3 things must be changed.
I just spent a year away from all Adobe products and used Capture One exclusively during all of 2024 for all commercial assignments and personal content. I actually cancelled my Adobe Photographers subscription at the end of 2023 to ensure I would not be tempted to go to the dark side during my testing period. Here is what I found after using Capture One for a full calendar year.
Capture One: How to View Only the Cropped Version of Your Photos in Capture One grid view when Browsing your Photos
How to see only the cropped part of photos in the Capture One browser. In Capture One, with default settings, you see the whole un-cropped photo when using the Browser to view your images in a folder. The part of the image outside of the cropped area is a little dimmer than the part of the image included in the cropped photo.
